We act for lawyers at all levels of the profession and have significant experience in Partner level recruitment and practice mergers. Our consultants have also been involved in some of the most important, high profile in-house appointments in Queensland and as such are widely regarded as the authority on in-house legal recruitment.

Typically we also regularly recruit for – General Managers, paralegals, Compliance professionals, Precedent and Knowledge Managers, HR Managers, Marketing/Business Development Managers and Shared Services personnel.

And, uniquely in the market, under EVANSPETERSEN Executive we offer tailored recruitment strategies specifically aimed at senior level recruitment, generally for roles which command a salary of $200,000 and above. These are generally strategic, business imperative appointments where a high level of professionalism and expertise are required.

Gerard is one of the founders and a Director of EVANSPETERSEN. Gerard has eight years experience in the recruitment industry with a particular expertise in executive and legal recruitment.

Gerard’s clients include Major National and International law firms, ASX200 companies, large private enterprises as well as Government and Government Owned Corporations.

Gerard is regarded as the authority on Queensland in-house legal recruitment having recruited for some of the most senior and high profile positions in Queensland. Gerard is legally trained and prior to a career in recruitment was a Senior Associate in a National Law firm.
